Customer must present an eligible competitor written estimate within 30 days after purchase. The quote must be dated no more than 7 days from the actual purchase. The discount applies to OEM and OEA tires only and the tire must match part #SKU#, tire brand, model, size, load rating and speed rating. An eligible competitor is defined as a place of business within 25 miles of Harr that sells, stocks and installs the tires being matched. Internet quotes are only valid for competitors with a physical retail location within 25 miles of Harr. Warehouses do not qualify as retail locations. Each quote must display the following to be eligible: Date and price, complete tire description including Part#SKU#, tire brand, model, size, load rating and speed rating and comparable road hazard protection. The following conditions are excluded under this program: Labor for mounting & balancing, wheel weights or other charge; bonus, bundled, free or special offers; coupons, rebates or promotions; clearance or closeout prices; used tire; typographical errors; competitors' prices that result from a price match.
