I came in because a popular oil change company stripped the drain plug of my wrangler. Rather than wait in the dealership I went to Panera next door to wait for the verdict on my repair. To my shock rather than call me the customer service rep came and found me at Panera! It will be a quick fix but I cannot express how floored I was at them coming to talk to me about my options. It was a very nice gesture to show how they care about their customers. I could not be more impressed.

Traveled over three hours to Harr CJDR because they had the exact truck that I was looking for in their inventory. Made the trip down, made a very respectable deal. The staff was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended.

Purchased a used vehicle from Harr. By far the best experience I've had with a dealer. 7 months into owning the vehicle, I am having a major issue with it. The service team is trying their best to help me in this situation. The problem is that the dealers have no authority anymore. The "warranty " company AKA stellantis is the problem. Haven't had my vehicle in 6 weeks now, and I am still waiting for answers.... warranty is currently VOID... not pleased with the service above the dealer. However, as mentioned, the service department is doing their best ...

Harr Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Worcester was honestly the best. My Infiniti Q50 broke down and I was in a panic because I needed a car to get to work. I texted Enxhi Qatapi and he had me come in right away and got me into a brand new Jeep. He got all the paperwork done in one day so I was able to bring the car home that night. He saved me!
