I recently purchased a new car from Harr. This is now my family's 5th car we have purchased there. Someone greeted me immediately when I walked in and asked how they could help. Instead of just getting me in a car to sell me, Jared, asked me what I was looking for in the car to ensure I would be looking at something that fit my exact needs. Each employee I encountered greeted me with a smile and wanted to make sure I was having a good experience. I had the pleasure of working with Danyelle. Right off the bat I knew she and I would get along and that she was going to be honest and guide me in the right direction based on what I wanted when it came to price and style. After weeks of looking at various dealerships and meeting with so many pushy salesmen, it was such a breath of fresh air to walk into Harr. We had literally just left another dealership where the salesman just wasn’t listening to us and what we wanted but instead was pushing his wants to meet that end of the month sales goal. We pulled into Harr and as we were walking in, Carlos was walking out to greet us. As we made our way back in the building to sit and talk, I could feel it already that Harr was different. Carlos sat and listened to what we wanted, where our price point was and never pushed anything on us. JC was the man when it came to finding deals and getting the price into our range. He also listened and didn’t push anything on us. After no time at all, we were putting a deposit on a beautiful new truck. Since walking in, we have been listened to and never felt like we were just extra money in their pockets. Every single person that we have had to deal with there since buying the truck and driving off has been incredible. We are so glad that we found Harr Dodge and the amazing staff there.

I have to say I was nervous going through a dealership especially being a single women and had already went through a bad experience buying my 1st car with toyata mcgee I decided to take a chance on harr and so pleased I did. From the moment I walked in the door nothing but the most welcoming experience, where jarred made me feel they actually care. Harr doesn't work off commissions they work hourly and bonuses and they're mission is keeping they're customers happy and coming back thats exactly what they did for me. I'll never go anywhere else but harr in hopes to work with jarred for many years to come. He's definitely great at what he does.

Jared, Kevin and the team at Harr went above and beyond during our experience. I could not recommend them enough as it was by far the best auto buying experience I have ever had. The no pressure environment and great communication are exactly what any buyer needs.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was truly worth sharing! My son and I recently found the perfect truck for him and made the trip from Western Massachusetts to check it out. From the moment we pulled into the dealership and met Jared, to the time we left that night, it was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! Jared was incredibly honest, upfront, and thorough in explaining everything to us. He even mentioned that he had only been working there for a week—but you would have never known! His professionalism and knowledge made the entire process seamless. We decided to move forward with the purchase, and throughout the process, Jared stayed in close contact, answering all our questions and reassuring my son, who was anxious about getting the truck. After several discussions and working out the right price, we returned tonight to sign the papers—and it couldn’t have been easier or quicker! If you’re looking for an amazing, honest salesman, ask for Jared—I highly recommend him! Danielle Mann is the best! She has been there every step of the way. When I purchase a car again it will be only through Danielle. Harr is a beautiful place, with area to work if you are waiting. Free snacks and coffee. But the managers in the service department are not helpful. When a problem with my sunroof came about I found the problem of a snapped clipped. The manager I dealt with was no help, and did not resolve my issue even with there being a warranty. The warranty you have to pay for diagnostic, which I have never heard of. Then they will determine if it’s apart of the warranty after the fact. So if you want something fixed, plan you may have to pay HOURLY for diagnostic.

Danyelle Mann has helped me and my family with purchasing our vehicles. She’s super knowledgeable, accommodating and really does go above and beyond. Best sales person this side of the Mississippi.

Harr dodge is the best place in Worcester if youre looking for a new or used vehicle. The prices are always great, the service department is great, and my sales associate Danyelle was amazing. Best possible experience, just purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangle JK and this has been more helpful and informative then I could ever have imagined. Enxhi the salesman, I can't remember the spelling, was beyond helpful and gave me an epic deal! I even had a family emergency and left mid sale, came back hours later and they were totally cool and gave me the same deal! Tell me whee youre gonna find that? These guys know their stuff and the boss Garrett came and helped too! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and this will keep me a repeat customer for sure! UPDATE: after a transmission replacement and a failed inspection, we're almost done. Just a seat belt replacement next. Total experience was good but make sure you're ready to make your first loan payment before it passes inspection 🤷‍♂️

I just had the most amazing car buying experience at Harr. The majority of the process was done over email. Easiest negotiations I've EVER had. A deal was done, I drove up to sign papers, in and out within 10 mins. Not all dealerships are willing to negotiate over email like this, and I was so appreciative. Kevin the GM was fantastic, can't recommend highly enough.

I came in because a popular oil change company stripped the drain plug of my wrangler. Rather than wait in the dealership I went to Panera next door to wait for the verdict on my repair. To my shock rather than call me the customer service rep came and found me at Panera! It will be a quick fix but I cannot express how floored I was at them coming to talk to me about my options. It was a very nice gesture to show how they care about their customers. I could not be more impressed.

Traveled over three hours to Harr CJDR because they had the exact truck that I was looking for in their inventory. Made the trip down, made a very respectable deal. The staff was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended.

I was completely satisfied with my recent service appointment at Harr Jeep. There was no waiting at the service entrance and prompt, friendly reception from the service advisor, Josh. The estimated recall service appointment was completed in the estimated time frame. I would highly recommend Harr Jeep for your service needs.

Stopped in for a potential vehicle purchase after seeing an online offer for an MSRP discount as well as incentives on a hybrid Wrangler. I worked with Luis who went out with me for a test drive and explained the vehicle, as well as Garrett on the finance end. They honored their online price, made a reasonable offer for my trade-in, and were a pleasure to work with! If you're a knowledgeable consumer, the process is as straightforward as can be, and I definitely would do business with them again!

Dropped my vehicle off for service. Was told it would take 3-4 hours. Returned after 3 hours only to hear that it would be another 2 hours. So I opted to wait and my ride left. About an hour later I received a text message telling me I could review my service video. However the vehicle in the video was not my Jeep. At that point they realized that they were working on the wrong car. Finally got my car another hour later. Needless to say I am done with them.
