Purchased a certified preowned 2020 ram 1500 for $36,000. I noticed the oil pan was horribly rotted once I brought it home. I brought it in for service to have them replace it because as a certified vehicle I’d expect better from them. Sales department told service to inform me that unless it leaks they wouldn’t replace it. After some rather exhaustive research on mid size SUVs and number crunching I came to the conclusion that the New Jeep Cherokee was worth looking at. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone to this dealership on 2 separate occasions, once for a recall on my mom’s truck, and the second with my finance to find new (used) truck. All I can say is I had TERRIBLE experiences both times. When I went for service, they messed up my power running boards, and the service advisor was extremely rude. Then, when I was there recently, I worked with a sales person named Carlos. And I DO NOT recommend working with him. My finance and I were trying to explain what we were looking for, and all he would do was talk over me, and disregard everything I said. He only listened to my finances opinion. He was very snappy when it came to me, and it was a very unpleasant experience. Then it was a nightmare of a time trying to get the truck after we signed everything. Took over a week, with little to no communication, and no one was on the same page at all when it came to the status of the truck. I will not be coming to this dealership again. And I do not recommend it to others.

I have nothing bit great things to say about my girl Danyelle Mann and the entire staff at Harr. I bought my 4th grand cherokee a few weeks ago from Danyelle after trading a wrangler lease and obviously I love jeeps! 🙂 Always a great experience there-I will never go elsewhere!! The only disappointment is the lack of fog lights in the new car, which is very surprising when ALL of my others had them-its so important for me during night time driving. Recently I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma at Harr from Danyelle. She surpassed all my expectations of a car salesperson. I kept my old Toyota Tacoma for 23 years partially because it was a good product, but the other reason was I dread the pressure of working with the salespeople. Danyelle was the Best! She not only made the process so simple she went the extra mile with explanations of technical operations as well as answering questions that I had after the sale.

Called the dealership at 9am when they opened and explained my situation to Jared Alston and gave him the vehicle ID I was looking to buy. Jared was fantastic throughout the process, stayed late at the dealership to accommodate me ( I had a 90 minute drive after work both days) He explained how they could work with me, got me a better rate than Triple A , no pressure or pushing extra costs my way. It was a complete, no stress, wonderful experience working with Jared. In two days I had the vehicle. Going back with my wife to pick it up, Jared came over and introduced himself and was a complete gentleman. He is a credit to the dealership and made this whole stressful situation I was in, completely smooth and easy. 5 star employee!!

Thankful for Will King and his manager for making things right. After endless headaches with service (I came in with a coolant issue, but rolled out with 2 cylinders blown, and check engine light on) I explained my frustration with the sales manager for Jeep. There was no way I was driving my old one home. Will King and his manager restored my faith in Harr. They made things right and I rolled out with a 2025 grand Cherokee. With the color I wanted. The process was made seamless for me and took care of the issues I had.

This was the best car experience ever. Will and Adrian were the best. They got us into a brand-new Gladiator for the right price. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I can't wait to purchase my next car with Will and Adrian.

I went to Harr this weekend to buy a car and had the best experience! We dealt with Will and J.C. and they were phenomenal. This place was nothing like any other dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They are not pushy or sketchy, they answered every question truthfully and were able to help me out with my first big purchase! I felt very safe and comfortable with the whole experience and I know that they will take good care of me. This place is full of very nice and generous people. They treat you like family making sure they can get you everything they can and they offer the best prices on vehicles. Jared Alston was very attentive , was looking to buy a used Jeep Wrangler or gladiator , he made me aware of some amazing deals on hybrids , I ended up getting a new Jeep wrangler hybrid for what a used one would cost . Be sure to ask for Jared , support this guy , honest , listens and doesn’t push you on a car , I was a top two Jeep and Izuzu sales rep in the early 90s and a sales trainer , i left that business because sales reps didn’t do three things . 1.) qualify 2.) sell based on what you learned by qualifying wether it’s used or new ( they only sold used ) . 3.) deliveries are not here are your keys or let the new guy do it for you , it’s spending time to explain the car it’s a big purchase , doing so gets referrals . Jared did all three , I will be back and he will be getting referrals from me as well .

The service people at harr were awsome the best they help me with something I was worried about for free saved me potentially 1-2 thousand dollars from another dodge dealer I won’t mention they wanted 200 a hour to start and said it could take all day the people at harr told me to come in and they scan it for free it was only a bulb check the service people told me I was so happy and relieved they were super nice and friendly the dealership was immaculate they just redid it recently and the vehicles they had on the showroom floor inside were so nice I took pictures of all of them sent them to my friends regardless to say with the help and friendliness they shown me I will definitely use them for any issues I might have in the future they have a customer in me I appreciate all there help was super fast too
