Recently purchased used Jeep Patriot put less than 5000 miles on vehicle and was having concerns brought in and spark plugs were bad. They would not cover and charged for the service. You think a Jeep dealership would follow the maintenance schedule as outlined before reselling a used vehicle. There are far better dealerships and service centers yet they know they are the only local dealer and in my opinion take advantage of the consumer due to this. I spoke with Mark in regards to the situation in which he agreed that the used process should have identified this and Harr is going to make good with reimbursement for services completed. I appreciate the quick response and still awaiting reimbursement as communicated.

Customer Service is second to none. I have to say I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had at Harr Jeep. Leya was my sales person. Very professional, not pushy , she presented options and kept me in line with my budget. From the online presence to the face to face contact I felt right at home. The finance manager was terrific also. I’d recommend Harr whenever your up for a new vehicle.
