Today was my first time visiting the Harr Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Ram Service Center. My new 2020 Jeep Trailhawk Elite was getting its first Jeep wave loyalty service at 2890 miles. My experience related to service, not sales.I had previously taken my Jeep to a different dealership as that is where I purchased the vehicle, but decided to try Harr as it is significantly closer to me. I did call ahead to setup an appointment, although next day appointments were readily available, I did choose later in the week as I required a loaner to be arranged.When I arrived, Brian the service advisor was able to assist me promptly and get my vehicle checked in for TSB repair and oil change. Great service without the hassle
No complaints at all about the service. After a bit of confusion on my part when I first got there. Wait rooms were clean and they even offered to get me food while I waited. I ended up being In and out in just under 30 minutes for my first oil change and tire rotation on my Rubicon after they told me it would be about an hour wait.
