Cars.com named the 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 “Best of Show” and one of the reasons is its luxurious interior features. The heavy-duty truck is covered in two-tone alligator patterned leather. In comparison, the Sierra is covered in high-end leather, which looks great, but doesn’t provide the same “wow factor” as the Ram.
